I don't see my device/environment available on the uTest Tester Profile. How do I add my enviroment?


You can contact our support team to request that we add your devices/environments. Please note that you will be required to provide adequate information about your device or environment in your request. We recommend using https://www.gsmarena.com/ for device inquiries.  

The more information you provide us, the faster we will solve your request. Do not forget to include the name of the provider, your country, and, if possible, the provider’s website.

Please also note that some mobile devices have more than one name on the market. (For example, Mi A2 Lite is also called  Redmi 6 Pro in some countries.) Please ensure that your device isn’t already listed on our platform by an alternative name. If our platform doesn’t have it yet, please contact us.
