My bugs were rejected, what do I do?

Make sure to fully read and understand the scope and overview of each test cycle to avoid getting your reports rejected. When a submitted bug does not meet the test cycle requirements, it is considered an invalid bug and hence rejected by the TTL, TE, or the customer.

Sometimes mistakes occur and a bug might be rejected incorrectly. When this happens, and you are certain that your bug is valid, you can dispute the rejection. We kindly ask you to remain calm and professional in this situation. Provide as much information as possible as to why your bug report is valid, and it will be sent for review and re-evaluated. Please note that if your bug is still found to be invalid and rejected again, you will receive a double penalty to your rating (except for Works as Designed rejections).
