If you receive the error message “You don’t have permission to do this action” the reason could be either the invitation has expired or the test team has already been filled. If you think it could be a bug, please reach out to Tester Support and we will check the invitation for you. Please make sure that you have one of the following pieces of information:

• The test cycle/SRS full name or its ID number
  
• Email address of the sender, if available
  
• Screenshot of your email invitation
