There are a few potential areas that you may be missing:

• Check that you have at least one browser selected on your mobile and web devices.
  
• Select all of the "I don't have any" checkboxes throughout your profile for any environments that you do not own or do not have available for testing.
  
• Upload a profile photo.
  

Please note that it might take a few minutes for the percentage to update after making changes to your profile.
