I submitted my work but it hasn't yet been approved or rejected. What do I do?


Please allow up to 15 days after a cycle has locked for your submitted work to be triaged (approved or rejected). If it has been longer than 15 days since the cycle locked and your work has not yet been triaged, please send an email to the Test Engineer (TE) whose contact information is listed in the cycle overview to inquire about the status of the cycle triage.

If the TE does not respond in a matter of days, you can reach out to the Testing Services Manager (TSM) whose contact information is listed in the cycle overview to inquire about the status of the cycle triage.

If you need to escalate beyond the TSM, you may submit a ticket to our Tester Support portal with the "Test Cycles Issues" category.
