To receive payments from uTest, you have the following options:
- Payoneer or PayPal: You need to link your uTest account to either a Payoneer or PayPal account. If you don't have an account with either service, you will need to create one. Once your account is set up, link it to your uTest account through the Payments page.
- Direct To Bank Transfer (powered by Wise): Alternatively, you can receive your uTest earnings directly to your bank account in your local currency.
uTest processes payments twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of each month. If these dates fall on a weekend or U.S. holiday, payments are issued on the next business day. Payments typically begin to be issued in mid-afternoon, Eastern Standard Time.
Important Notes:
- Payoneer and PayPal may not be available in all countries. We recommend checking the supported payment methods for your specific country before making a selection. Availability can vary due to various reasons, including regional restrictions or local regulations.
- Payoneer is no longer supported for US testers. So, testers located in the United States are blocked from setting up Payoneer as a payment method. However, if a tester already had Payoneer configured before relocating to the US, their account may still reflect Payoneer as the payment method.
- If you are a US-based tester, please be aware that when viewing the Tester App > Payments tab, you will receive a warning if Payoneer is currently set as your payment method. You will be instructed to set up a new payment method.
- Direct To Bank Transfer (powered by Wise) is not available in all countries, if you do not see the "Direct To Bank Transfer (powered by Wise)" option it means that the option is currently not available in your country. More countries will be added in the future.
